–  There will be only a specific number of participant arena places. If the seats are sold out, we will inform you. –  

 REGISTRATION FORM 

Please download the form, fill it completly and sign it, then send it back by e mail to info@signature-nail.com.
After that you will receive your invoice and further information by e mail.

NOTE:

• If you do not register with your or company VAT number, we will have to charge you 19% German VAT as you are registered as a private individual. You can ask your government for a refund at any time. The VAT identification number must match the invoice address.

• Be sure to include your delivery address in the registration form. If you win a medal or trophy and are unable to attend the ceremony, we will send it to this address.

• Please register in Latin letters ONLY. There will be only a specific number of participant places. If the seats are sold out, we will inform you.

• Entry codes for a maximum of 2 models and one participant will be sent by email around 2 weeks before the event takes place, so be sure to provide an email address.

• Any changes of your participation you need to inform info@signature-nail.com about immediately. After sending in the registration form you are registered and will receive the invoice within 1-3 working days, a refund is no longer possible once you have registered.
